Changing your PIN

- Press the voicemail button on your phone.
- Enter your current pin number and press #.
NOTE: This number was provided to you by the system in a welcome email when your account was created. If you do not have this information please contact your system administrator.
- Press the “9” button for options.
- Press the “7” button to change your pin.
- You will be prompted to enter your new pin number. Enter the new number and press “#”
- The system will now repeat back the pin you just entered. If you wish to save press “*”. If you wish to cancel press “#”.
- The system will confirm that your pin has been changed. You may now hang up the phone.
